Annette Recker

Annette Recker, 38 of Fountain, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023, in Panama City. Annette was born in Dayton, Ohio to the late Harry and Tammy Recker and was a homemaker. Other than her parents, she is also preceded in death by her daughter, Destiny Cowling.

Survivors include her son, Joshua Cowling, Jr; her companion for many years, Donald Samuels; her brothers and sisters, Harper Kiracofe, Audrey Hall, Anna Nichols, Theresa Hebert and Missy Schneider along with a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family.
