Deborah M. Trickey, 64 of Blountstown, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at her home. Deborah was born in Blountstown to Joseph Howard McCroan and Norma G (Dykes) O’Bryan. She lived in Calhoun County all of her life and worked as the safety director for Shelton Trucking in Altha for 36 years. Deborah loved spending time with family, friends and fishing. She especially enjoyed trips to the beach which was one of her favorite pastimes. She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph H. McCroan and a sister, Michelle O’Bryan. Survivors include her daughter, Misty Trickey of Blountstown; her mother, Norma O’Bryan of Blountstown; her step father, Don A. “Sonny” O’Bryan and his wife Linda of Blountstown; a brother, Henry McCroan and his wife Sharon of Altha; her grandchildren, Rhett McGill and his wife Reyna, Grace McGill and Tyler Carman and a great grandchild, Cypress McGill; nephews, Allen McKenzie and his wife Amanda and Jonathan O’Bryan; nieces, Whitney McKenzie and Kayelynn O’Bryan and her special friends, Becky Trickey Smith, Chad and Tonya Martin, Tommy Reddoch, Vicki Trickey Beauchamp and her best friend Renee Hires Moore. A celebration of life will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 22, 2021, at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend James Swafford and Phillip Box officiating.
