Edna Brown, 82 of Bristol, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021, in Marianna. Edna was born August 1, 1938, in Rabun, Alabama to the late John Hubbard Hall and Lugenia Stacey Hall. She lived in Liberty County since 1977 and was a waitress and cook for the Apalachee Restaurant in Bristol. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Brown and her son, Marvin McIntyre. Survivors include her daughters, Sarah Joiner and her husband Ricky and Brenda Floyd and her husband Tony all of Bay Minette, Alabama and Wanda Gail Steward of Bristol; her adopted son, Charles Steward of Blountstown and her adopted daughters Kathy Dabney and her husband Eddie of Bristol and Ginny Sutton and her husband Todd of Bristol; a brother, John Hubbard Hall Jr. of Rabun, Alabama; a sister, Nellie Bryant of Panama City; her grandchildren, Ricky Joiner Jr., Walter Joiner, Monica Joiner, A.J. Floyd and Brittany Maughon and thirteen great grandchildren. Services to honor Edna’s life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Fretwell Tabernacle Church in Perdido, Alabama with Sister Helen Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in Guys Chapel Cemetery. The family will have a time of visitation 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the church. Adams Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
