Elizabeth Valecia Evans, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2025, in Bristol, Florida, at the age of 52. Born on July 1, 1972, in Quincy, Florida, Elizabeth was a devoted individual whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met.

Elizabeth dedicated many years of her life to serving as an EMT for Calhoun and Liberty Counties. Her commitment to helping others in their times of need exemplified her selflessness and resilience, earning her the respect and admiration of colleagues and community members alike.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Elizabeth was deeply passionate about her family. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren, Anthony, Jordan, Liam, Rhett, Trystan, and Titus, who brought immense joy and laughter into her life. Among her many interests, she found happiness in shopping, tanning by the pool, gardening, reading her Bible, and engaging in devotionals, always seeking to deepen her faith and share her love with those around her.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband, Clay Evans; her mother, Judith Phillips; her sons, Robert Ramer and his wife Shelby, and Ryan Ramer; her daughter, Julia Abbott and her husband Jacob; her brothers, Chad Burke and Matthew Pitts; her sisters, Lynn Duke, Barbara Lambert, and Dottie Burke. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her father, Brantley Phillips, and her brother, James Burke. While her absence will be profoundly felt by her family and friends, Elizabeth's spirit will continue to live on through the many lives she inspired and the love she imparted.

A graveside service to honor her life will be held on April 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at Rock Bluff Cemetery in Bristol, Florida. This will be a time for family and friends to come together to remember and celebrate the beautiful life of Elizabeth Valecia Evans.
