Julius Kemp

Julius "Dick" Kemp, age 96 of Altha, Florida passed away Monday, May 6, 2013 in Panama City, Florida. He was born in Sneads, Florida January 28, 1917 to the late Devo and Bertha Lee (Dykes) Kemp. He served in the United States Air Force for twenty-one years in munitions and security. Survivors include his wife, Grace of Altha; a step-son, Roy Klewer of Mundelein, Illinois and a step-daughter, Joy Ann Klewer of Altha. A private service will be held at a later date.
