Linda D. Kizziah, 68 of Panama City, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024, in Chipley, Florida. Linda was born in Marianna, Florida, February 1, 1956, to Charles and Etna Gaskin. After graduating from Gulf Coast College, she worked as a school finance officer for many years until her retirement. Linda was a people person and truly loved being around people, talking and sharing stories. She loved traveling with family and friends, singing and Florida State Seminoles. She especially loved spending as much time as she could with her grandchildren.
Linda is preceded in death by her father, Charles Gaskin, Sr. and her sister, Cindy Gaskin.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Dennis Kizziah; her daughters, Kimberly Ann Kizziah Wells and her husband J.T. and Brittany Kizziah Smith and her husband Brian; her mother, Etna Gaskin; her brother, Charles Gaskin, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jaxon Wells, Teagon Wells, Lexi Smith, Chason Smith and her sister in laws, Patsy Vining and Debra Hendrix.
Services to honor Linda’s life will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2024, from the First Baptist Church of Wewahitchka with Reverend Mike Stroud officiating and a time of visitation one hour prior to services beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Church.
