Lloyd Patrick Johnson, age 64, of Bristol, Florida passed away Monday, September 15, 2014 in Bristol. He was called Mr. Pat and Big Foot by those who loved him. He was born in Dothan, Alabama May 4, 1950 to the late Lloyd and Ruby (Nelson) Johnson. He was Liberty County School Bus Barn Operator and Head Mechanic for many years (an accomplishment of which he was proud). Mr. Pat also assisted with Liberty County Mosquito Control, was owner of Johnson's Automotive, and was an avid motorcyclist. Mr. Pat went to George Wallace Community College and Harley Davidson Motorcycle School and was an excellent mechanic. He could build or fix anything but his true passion was motorcycles. He was an honest and hardworking man and loved his family deeply. Preceding him in death were his parents and his sister, Sherra. He is survived by his wife, Cindy and daughter, Jessica Johnson of Bristol; three sisters, Sandra Holmes of Ozark, Alabama, Glenda Smith, and Barbara Isom of Memphis, Tennessee; and a host of other family members including his beloved club brothers. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 18, 5:30-6:30 p.m. CT at Adams Funeral Home in Blountstown. A memorial service will follow at 6:30 p.m. CT in the Chapel of the funeral home with Glenn Wood officiating.
