Myrtle Pitts

Myrtle Pitts, age 74 of Hosford, Florida passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013. She was born in Hosford, April 12, 1939 to the late Lark and Stella (Alsburn) Sewell. She was a homemaker and was of the holiness faith. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Pitts. Survivors include her brother, R. D. Sewell of Hosford; a sister, Mable Burke, also of Hosford; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. ET, Friday, November 8 at Adams Funeral Home in Blountstown, Florida. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. ET, Saturday, November 9 in Hosford Cemetery. Adams Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Phone 674-5449.
