Mary Wynell Williams, 78 of Hosford, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 in Quincy. Wynell was born in Ellenton, Georgia, September 26, 1942 to the late George Wiley Milam and Elma Williston Milam and was a lifelong resident of Hosford. Wynell graduated from Liberty County High School and went on to work for the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for over 49 years and was a member of Telogia Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband James Dewey Williams, her brothers, Buddy, Paul and Carol Milam and her sisters, Louise Wiley and Alice Stanley. Survivors include her sons, Miley Kilts and his husband Michael, Bo Williams and Wiley Williams all of Hosford; her brother, George Milam of Winter Haven; her grandchildren, J.D Williams., Kaleb Clark, Shelby Williams, Taylor Williams, Nathen Kilts, Elizabeth Kilts, Aaron Kilts and Leo Williams; three great grandchildren, Lane Clark, Hank Williams and Jolene Williams and of course honorary daughters Pat Alfonso and Katie Stephens and a brother in law, Coonie Williams. Services to honor and to celebrate Wynell’s life will be held 11:00 a.m. EST Friday, May 14, 2021 at Hosford Cemetery with Reverend Kyle Peddie officiating. The family will welcome friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST Friday at the cemetery. After services the family invites all to join them at Miley's home for a chicken pilau cooked in their mom's honor with special thanks to Doobie Hayes, Pat Alfonso and JT Hathaway for their assistance.
