Richard E. Francis, 74 of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021, in Panama City. Richard was born in Circleville, Ohio to the late Maurice and Hilda Francis. Richard was retired from Coleman’s Automotive in Tallahassee.
Other than his parents, Richard is preceded in death by his sisters, Clara Parker and Louise Smith and a brother George Francis.
Survivors include his loving wife, Kathy Francis; his sons, Richard M. Francis, Clifford E. Francis and Michael Francis; his daughters, Erica Francis and Teresa Sowell; his sisters, Thelma Yeager, Nora Kitchen, Shirley Huffer and Susan Gudell.
