I grew up next door to the Deason's in the 70's on Hentz Avenue. They were like a second family to me. I remember going on a lot of vacations with them. We had great times together. I practically grew up at their house.
I am so saddened to hear of "Chief's" passing. He will be greatly missed.
What can I say about "Chief" other than he was the "best ". He was the kindest and most generous man. He was a great husband and family man and he honorably protected us throughout his law enforcement career. He was also a lifelong FSU Seminole fan.
I am deeply sorry for your loss. Wow, my heart and prayers go out to you, Rob and Angie.
