Katherine Marie Francis, 74 of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2022, in Tallahassee. Katherine was born in Blountstown to the late Clifford and Lillian Shiver and was an accountant for the State of Florida.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Rich Francis; her brothers, James and Steven Shiver and a sister, Babs Shiver.
Survivors include her sons, Clifford and Richard Francis of Clarksville; a sister Sybil Shiver of Clarksville and several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
No services are planned at this time. Memorialization will be by cremation.
