Jaimie Katrina Morgan Potter (44) passed away unexpectedly on March 12, 2023, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, FL. Jaimie attended Liberty County High School. She received her GED and earned a degree in Medical Billing and Transcription. Jaimie was of Christian faith. Jaimie was a homemaker who lived the majority of her life in Calhoun and Liberty counties. Jaimie was an avid reader who aspired to be an author. She loved reading books, completing word searches, playing scrabble and Word Blitz, drawing, and watching movies. She enjoyed gossiping with her Aunt Diann, drinking her Diet Dr. Pepper, cooking and eating a homemade meal, playing with her family’s dog, Jack, and going to yard sales. In her younger years, Jaimie loved to go fishing and be on the go with her favorite cousin, John. Jaimie would often share about times, one of which was how her adventurous spirit led to her being stranded on the Telogia Creek after her boat sank. Regardless of the experience, Jaimie managed to laugh about it later. Jaimie’s family will miss her loving, kind, and generous nature. Her big, beautiful smile brightened up dark days. She welcomed visitors into her home by greeting them by name and with a cheerful smile.
