Obituary of Trevor Doran

Trevor Shane Doran, 34 of Altha, passed away October 3, 2023. Trevor was born May 13, 1989, in Tallahassee, Florida to Vicki Waldroff Fowler of Altha and Michael Doran of Edgard, LA. Trevor came into this world with an exuberance for life which never faded. Seldom did he meet a person he didn’t like. He learned from his granddaddy that you never say can’t, because you can always figure out a way to do things. He was fearless in tackling new things and never backed down from a challenge. His family meant everything to him but especially his children. He had a close relationship with all his trucking buddies and talked to most of them daily. Rarely was he seen without a big grin on his face. He was preceded in death by his much beloved granddaddy, Charles A. Waldroff of Altha, grandparents William and Willie Ruth Doran of Hialeah, FL, Aunt Cheryl Harrison of Cypress, and his cousin Jacob Attaway of Altha. Survivors include his mother Vicki and stepdaddy Roger Fowler of Altha; daddy Mike Doran and stepdad Alvin Perret, Jr. of Edgard, LA; his much-loved soulmate Crystal Harper; his children Amarisa Doran, Micayla Doran and Addalyn Carpenter all of Altha; his grandmother, Dorothy Davis of Altha; uncles Kenneth Waldroff (Michelle) of Altha, Kenneth Smith (Nikki) of Phenix City, AL, and Michael Davis (Brittney) of Altha. Also, leaving behind his close cousins Devon Waldroff (Rachel) of Buffalo, NY, Austin Waldroff (James Peeler) of Altha, and Brianna Attaway (Chad Norman) Wetumpka, AL, two stepsisters Megan Todd (Tyler) and Kyla Sims (Zeb) all of Altha; a host of other family members and many friend too numerous to count. Services to honor Trevor’s life will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2023, at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Allen Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery near Altha. There will be a time of visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Adams Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
