Obituary of Yvonne Summers
Yvonne Summers, 88 of Bristol, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024, in Tallahassee. Yvonne was born in Bristol on March 31, 1935, to the late L. D. Carson, Sr. and Sally Carson and as a lifelong resident of Liberty County.
Yvonne is preceded in death by her husband Bauchie Summers and her brother, Lewis D. Carson.
Survivors include her son, Jake Summers and his wife Vanell; her daughters, Sally Lago and her husband Steve and Teresa Moon and her husband Jay; seven grandsons, one granddaughter, fifteen great grandchildren and a host on nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A gathering to celebrate Yvonne’s life will be held at a later date.
