Obituary of Peggy Richter Eskew
Peggy Richter Eskew, 68 of Hosford, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2024, in Blountstown. Peggy was born December 17, 1955, in Quincy, Florida to the late Thermon and Blondie Ritcher. Peggy lived most of her life in Liberty County and worked as a cashier at Walmart until her retirement.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, Andy and Stevie Richter and Evan Rudd, also her sister-in-law Alta Richter.
Peggy was the loving wife to Larry Eskew for over twenty years, and the mother to Felecia Stacey and Joshua Toole; the grandmother to Britni Croy and Ashely Ashworth; great grandmother to Merlin Croy; a caring sister to Thermon Richter and his wife Pam, Annice Williams, Connie Burke, Ronnie Richter, and Gary Richter and his wife Betty and a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A memorial to celebrate Peggy’s life will be held at a later date.
