Obituary of Bennie Inez Hatcher

Inez Hatcher, age 85, of Blountstown, passed away Monday, February 14, 2011 in Blountstown. She was born January 2, 1926 to the late Daniel Edwin and Annie (McDaniel) Blizzard and was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She was bookkeeper for Neal Lumber Company and later did clerical work at Calhoun-Liberty Hospital where she retired. She is a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Bristol. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther E. Hatcher and a son, Larry G. Hatcher. She is survived by her son, James E. Hatcher of Bristol; nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. ET, Thursday, February 17, 2011 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Interment will follow in Pine Memorial Cemetery near Blountstown. The family will receive friends 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. CT, Wednesday, February 16, at Adams Funeral Home in Blountstown.
