Nelmer M. Hallford of Altha, Florida passed away Saturday, November 24, 2012 in Panama City, Florida. Nelmer was born near Youngstown, Florida August 12, 1929 to the late William Ervin and Annie Lou (Sapp) McClain. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Living Spirit Community Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leroy Joseph Hallford; and a grandson, Ronald Lee Hallford.
Survivors include a son, Roy Lee Hallford and his wife, Rose of Altha; a daughter, Dorothy Adkins and her husband, Ivey also of Altha; five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lyndall McClain and his wife, Sonya of Altha and Collivee McClain and his wife, Joan of Apalachicola, Florida; one sister, Lorine Clements of Youngstown; and several nieces and nephews.
