Kay Edwina O'Neal Davis, age 43, of Blountstown, Florida passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at her home. Kay was born in Tallahassee, Florida and had lived in Blountstown for the past fifteen years. She earned a Master's degree from Florida A & M University. Kay was a social worker for Department of Children and Family Services in Gadsden County for several years. Preceding her in death was a twin sister, Karen O'Neal. Survivors include her husband, Michael Davis of Blountstown; her parents, John Thomas and Bethany (Clark) O'Neal; a brother, Shawn O'Neal and his wife, Nicole of Tallahassee; his grandmother, Helen Clark of Valdosta, Georgia; two nephews, Seth and Jonathan; aunts, uncles, and other extended family. The family will receive friends from 1:00 (CT) until service time at 3:00 p.m. (CT), Saturday, December 29, 2012 in the Chapel at Adams Funeral Home. Interment will be held in Hillcrest Cemetery in Quincy, Florida, Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. (ET).
