Patricia Chapman, 72 of Blountstown, passed away Wednesday May 12, 2021 in Tallahassee. Patricia was born October 26, 1948 in Altha to the late B.J. Musgrove and Ruth (Mayo) Musgrove. She was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County and retired from Florida State Hospital and later retired from Walmart. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Curtis Chapman and her son, Charles Curtis Chapman, Jr. Survivors include her daughters, Cheryl Pitts and her husband Joseph of Hernando, Florida and Allison Miller and her husband Ron of Fortson, Georgia; her brother, Pete Musgrove and his wife Donna of Cottondale; her grandchildren, Joseph Taylor Pitts, Hunter Cole Pitts, Chloe Chapman, Gabriel Varnum, Wesley Varnum and Autumn Jackson and four great grandchildren. Services to honor and to celebrate Patricia’s life will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 17, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dewayne Tolbert officiating.
