Obituary of Karen Sanders

Karen Sanders, 63 of Hosford, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021 at her home. Karen was born April 11, 1958 in Quincy, to Troy Frank Sanders and Chiquita Shuler Sanders Rudd and graduated from Liberty County High School. She was a computer technician for the State of Florida. Karen is preceded in death by her father Troy Frank Sanders; her sister, Sharon Crews, her paternal grandparents, Troy and Dee Sanders; her maternal grandparents, Lucille Johnson and John Shuler. Survivors include her mother Chiquita Sanders Rudd; her brothers, John T Sanders and James “Bo” Sanders and his wife Tina; her brother-in-law, Bert Crews; an uncle, Jimmy Johnson and his wife Martha; her cousins Sara, John and Carla and a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family. Services to honor and to celebrate Karen’s life will be held 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from Sanders Cemetery in Hosford with Reverend Ken Hosford and Reverend Maurice Langston officiating.
