Gary and I spent many evenings riding back and forth to Elmira College
together and then having a beer together in Owego. Gary & I were neighbors and both worked at IBM. Great person to have known. Howard Seymour

Gary was my neighbor. The best neighbor you could imagine. He always volunteered to help if he saw you needed it and left you alone when you didn't. He was a great help when I was ill and really needed his help. Never did I hear a complaint about anything including my dogs which I know were noisier than anyone would prefer. My Doberman loved him and I always take a dog's opinion of people seriously. Also I felt a kinship as we were both veterans. A good man we will miss terribly.
