Francis Jay Uhrick of Altha passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2011 in Blountstown at the age of 82. He was born February 24, 1929 in Portland, Indiana to the late Clarence H. and Eunice O. (Corle) Uhrick. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Herman C. Uhrick and Kirby Lee Uhrick.
Survivors include two sons, Steven Uhrick of Dade County, Florida and Jeffery Uhrick of Altha; three daughters, Larenda Lee Gilley of California, Susan Kay Carso of Tallahassee, and Elizabeth Ann Kerby of Michigan; two sisters, Betty M. Anderson of Geneva, Indiana and Patricia Ann Frank of Portland, Indiana.
Memorialization will be by cremation. Adams Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Phone 674-5449.
