Shirley Ann Cone of Bristol, Florida passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2013 in Blountstown, Florida at the age of 76. She was born in Crossett, Arkansas September 26, 1936 to the late Lewis T. and Averice Francis (Hayes) Wright. Shirley retired in 1994 from Miami-Dade Public School where she was a secretary for twenty-five years.
She is survived by her husband Franklin Cone of Bristol; two daughters, Caren Hager and husband Stephen of Homestead, Florida and Connie Walters and husband Victor of Delano, Minnesota; five grandchildren, Justin Hager and wife Crystina, Kyle Hager, Kellye Rodney and husband Nicholas, Taylor Walters, and Erin Walters; two great-grandchildren, Brigid Walters and Lucas Rodney; a cousin Donald Fleming of Boosier City, Louisiana; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
